Not only am I impressed with Kid 3's moves, I'm really impressed with how well she's trained Honey Jo to be chill with all of it. Honey Jo has a lot of go to her and is very sensitive. When we purchased Honey Jo about a year and a half ago, just the slightest, accidental brush of your leg against her side was enough to have her charging forward. Now Kid 3 is clambering all over her and she stands like a champ!
Kid 3 wants to be able to try even more moves, so a vaulting surcingle is now at the top of her Christmas wish list. As best I can tell, she aspires for a combination of formal vaulting like this with trick riding like this. Right now she's focusing on improving her balance and shoulder strength so that she has the power to perform the more challenging moves. It will be interesting to see what she comes up with!
